The step between the centerfold of
Penthouse and the porn world is a short one that many women have taken, some starting porn careers after their Pet appearance, some taking a momentary break from porn to shoot a Pet layout.
Adult performers who have folded out of Penthouse have included Jenna Jameson, Stormy Daniels, Janine Lindemulder, Leslie Glass, Dyanna Lauren, Lexus Locklear, Rocki Roads, Chloe Jones, Silvia Saint, Devinn Lane, Devon, Teanna Kai, Cheyenne Silver, Hannah Harper, Jassie, Kira Kener, Jana Cova, Heather Vandeven, Charlie Laine, Hanna Hilton, Jana Jordan, Bree Olson and Daisy Marie.
Joining this list is Adam & Eve Pictures contract performer Kayden Kross, who is Penthouse Pet of the Month for September and also is featured on the cover of the September issue, which is on sale now.
Kross had previously appeared in the February 2006 issue of Penthouse.
"Penthouse was the first magazine I ever shot for," Kross said. "I remember being so nervous and second guessing every pose. Now it's almost as if I become this other person in front of the camera. I feel I really come alive and the photos prove that.
"It is a thrill to be back and to be named Pet of the Month," she said.
Kross can be seen in Adam & Eve Pictures releases Kayden's Krossfire, Bree & Kayden and the upcoming Kayden Exposed and Roller Dollz.
