It's the latest mainstream appearance for Skye, who appeared in this summer’s Sex and the City movie — ironically, if you were shanghaied into watching that piece of girlfluff by your female-of-choice you already know but you couldn't tell anybody that you (a) recognized a porn star or (b) went to see the Sex and the City movie — and was recently profiled in Details magazine. In the Dexter episode, she will play a sorority girl who lives in a house that the serial-killer/blood splatter analyst is called to investigate.

"It's a great scene," Skye said. "I'm on-screen checking out Michael C. Hall and — not to give anything away — I'm also one of eight college partiers who you'll see in a bloody, messy heap. I had an amazing time on the set and I hope anyone who watches will get a kick out of seeing me on 'Dexter."

Skye also will appear in an episode of the daytime talk show Maury later this month.

"I love being on camera," Skye added, "and I'm really pleased to be on two mainstream programs this month. I love the adult business and I always try to represent the industry in the best way possible when I'm in any mainstream movies or programs. Being able to do both is more than I could ask for."

Dexter is aired on Showtime on Sundays at 9 p.m., with repeats throughout the week.
